Sumatra

Sumatra is a single origin coffee with medium acidity and a syrupy body, layered with dark chocolate, dried fruit, and earthy depth, grown by the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cooperative in Aceh, Takengon.

• Tasting notes: dark chocolate, dried fruit, earthy, long lingering finish
• Grown at 1,100-1,600m altitude
• Processed using Giling Basah (wet-hulling)
• Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varieties

A deep, syrupy cup that lingers, grown in the volcanic highlands of Aceh and processed the traditional Sumatran way.
